The vision Sandy had for this home and property was to open the doors and share the bounty of beauty and nature with as many people as possible. The welcome mat has been out since construction ended and many guests have enjoyed all that Mrs. Colonial and her multiple guests spaces have to offer.

One of those special spaces is The Haven Hotel. Constructed at the far end of the 3-car garage, this space was originally used as a shop/storage space for the original owners. Like the rest of the house, it fell into disrepair and folded under the invasion of mold, mildew, and endless dirt and grime.

Sandy immediately saw the potential and quickly worked to turn it into a lovely stand-alone guest space with its own private entrance, and its location is perfect just steps away from the natural pool.
This light and bright guest space has a queen bed; sitting area; breakfast bar with a refrigerator, coffee bar, toaster, and microwave oven; private bathroom; and dressing room. While most guests are personal friends and family of the Sheldons, it is also available by request for those who are friends and family of the Sheldon's inner circle.
